The 8th edition of the Wild Harvest Festival will be happening in K'il Kun/Sandspit, on Saturday October 11th and Sunday October 12th, 2025.
Based at the Sandspit Community Hall, the event on Saturday is filled with talks, walks, vendors, workshops and food.
On Sunday, we will offer a foraging outing to Skidegate Lake.
We’re now on the lookout for keynote speakers, presenters, and workshop hosts for this edition of the Wild Harvest Festival.
Do you love sharing your passion for a topic that falls under the wide umbrella of wild harvesting?
Perhaps you’re not an “expert,” but you’ve got knowledge to share?
Or maybe you ARE an expert in your field, and have heaps to share!
We offer stipends, accommodations and/or help with transportation (including possibly airfare if you’re coming from off island).
